**Job Description:**Packaging Team Leader Position

This is a mid-senior level, full-time role where you will oversee the day-to-day activities of the production or packing environment. As Packaging Team Leader, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing teams to achieve operational excellence.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage 15 team members including lead packers and casuals to ensure smooth production processes
  • Conduct regular toolbox talks to promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) protocols and standards
  • Use SAP to set up production lines and manage inventory effectively
  • Compile and submit daily reports on production performance and progress
  • Support new project initiatives such as automated packaging machinery and smart scale implementation
