Join us for a challenging role in film production coordination.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with our team and contribute to the success of high-end VFX feature films. We are looking for a Production Coordinator who can support the production and supervision team, ensuring the accurate and efficient flow of information.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating the flow of information and elements between artists and departments, maintaining databases with current element and shot statuses, and coordinating dailies and taking detailed notes. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to changing timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the flow of information and elements between artists and departments
  • Maintain databases with current element and shot statuses
  • Coordinate dailies and take detailed notes
  • Support the production and supervision team

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of production experience on high-end productions
  • Proven experience of meeting deadlines and adapting to changing timelines
  • Good knowledge of the VFX Feature Film production pipeline, and the functions of the relevant departments within the pipeline
  • Experience coordinating and running review sessions (dailies)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Experience in working with databases
  • Knowledge of FTP software
  • Diploma or equivalent education
  • Aptitude for learning new software
