We're looking for a proactive and organised Site Manager to join our team and take the lead on hospitality construction projects across the Gold Coast.About the RoleYou will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination and management of hotel construction and refurbishment works.
From subcontractor management to materials ordering, your strong leadership will ensure projects run smoothly, safely, and on schedule.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage commercial hotel construction and fit-out projects on-siteCoordinate and supervise subcontractors and site tradesEnsure daily sign-ins/outs and site inductions are completedManage site safety, quality, and compliance to WHS regulationsOrder materials and maintain stock levels on-siteMonitor progress against project timelines and report to project managersResolve site issues and keep communication flowing between office and siteAbout YouProven experience as a Site Manager in commercial constructionStrong background in hotel or hospitality projects preferredExcellent organisation, communication, and people management skillsAbility to drive productivity and maintain high standards of safety and workmanshipCompetent with digital site reporting and documentation toolsWhite Card and relevant site management certifications essentialWhy Join Us?
