In this role, you will work closely with the Site Manager and will be responsible for delivering the structure on some premium, award-winning projects on the Gold Coast.
The role is for an immediate start, and you will become part of a highly experienced construction team.The role will include the following responsibilities:Plan, supervise, and coordinate all on-site construction activities related to the structure, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, quality safety standards, and programme.Develop short-term structures and 4-week lookahead programmes.Work with site manager & foremen to coordinate site labour, site logistics to facilitate efficient movement of materials and personnel.Enforce and follow the company's safety management system and foster a culture of safety among all team members.Ideally, the successful applicant will have the following attributes:Minimum of 4+ years Structures Foreman experience.Experience in medium to high rise residential apartment building projects or similar commercial construction environments is highly regarded.Strong technical knowledge and high attention to detail.Strong communication skills and the ability to build excellent working relationships with the team and external contractors.
