The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and organised professional to lead and mentor a team at one of our showrooms.

The Role:
  • Maintain and support the daily operation of the showroom according to our standards, following policies and procedures including workplace health and safety.
  • Present the showroom and our product to the highest standard and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Effectively manage the team to achieve business goals, facilitate ongoing product and sales training, and build a strong collaborative culture.
  • Liaise with our supply chain team to ensure smooth stock replenishment.

About You:

  • To be successful you will be confident with customers, experienced and focused in supporting and managing a team, driven to achieve, great with training and product knowledge, and a fantastic salesperson.
  • You are customer-obsessed, possess a strong mentoring and coaching leadership style, and promote a cohesive team culture.
