Role Overview

We are seeking an accomplished and driven professional to assume the position of Assistant Showroom Manager. This key role will oversee consultants, ensuring they meet set targets while driving a high-performing team with a proactive approach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our extensive product range
  • Lead staff by working closely with the Showroom Manager to establish a strong sales culture
  • Contribute to a positive working environment
  • Provide guidance and training to the Design/Sales team
  • Maintain showroom presentation to the highest standards at all times
  • Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve them effectively
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Manager and Leader in a similar setting
  • High organisational skills coupled with excellent communication abilities
  • Previous exposure to sales CRM systems
  • Experience managing monthly rosters
  • Able to drive change and achieve sales results
  • Strong rapport-building skills with customers, alongside a passion for teaching others to close sales efficiently
