With an impressive reputation and ambitious growth plans, they're now looking for a talented Showroom Manager to lead their Auburn location.

What will you be doing?
  • Leading a small, high-performing sales team to consistently achieve targets.
  • Driving sales by following a proven process and leading from the front.
  • Managing the showroom floor, engaging with customers, and creating design appointments.
  • Coaching, training, and mentoring your team to deliver top-tier customer experiences.
  • Generating referrals, managing KPIs, and ensuring smooth showroom operations.
  • Taking ownership of sales calls and enquiries, including after-hours follow-up.
Who are you?
  • A seasoned retail sales leader with 5+ years' management experience.
  • Background in big-ticket retail (furniture, whitegoods, homewares, window furnishings ideal).
  • Energetic, driven, and passionate about customer service and team success.
  • Strong communicator who thrives in a sales-focused environment.
  • Experienced in leading teams of 5+ and committed to working a five-day roster including weekends.
  • Ideally local to the Auburn area, with strong connections to the community.
