About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Fraud and Scams Officer. This is a critical role that requires strong analytical and communication skills to protect our customers from fraudulent activities and scams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound calls related to fraud and scam activities, and investigate and gather information on suspected cases.
  • Work closely with internal teams to detect patterns and reduce financial risks, and keep customers informed and updated throughout investigations.
  • Propose and implement process improvements for fraud detection and prevention, and handle a variety of cases in a dynamic and supportive team environment.
Requirements
  • Experience in banking/financial services, specifically in fraud/financial crime, is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong analytical, investigative, and communication skills, as well as high emotional intelligence and strong time management abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and care.
