About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Fraud and Scam Prevention Specialist to join our team at Westpac Group. As an Indigenous Identified Role, we are committed to creating a supportive culture and ensuring our workplaces are accessible and inclusive for everyone.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prevent, detect, and respond to scams and fraud incidents conducted via online banking, telephone banking, over the counter transactions, and mobile applications across all Westpac Group brands.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers who have been victims of fraud and scams.
  • Action fraud alerts in a timely manner and create fraud case files with relevant information for each case.
  • Identify and recommend continuous improvement solutions to increase customer experience.
