Senior Payroll Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our payroll operations. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processing for all employees across multiple regions.
">Key Responsibilities- Manage payroll processing for all employees, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with relevant legislation.
- Conduct a comprehensive review of current payroll systems and processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and automation.
- Collaborate closely with the Finance and HR teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment across departments.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, superannuation, and other statutory requirements.
- Maintain and update payroll records, including leave balances, entitlements, and employee data.
- Respond to employee queries regarding payroll, benefits, and entitlements in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare payroll reports and analytics for internal stakeholders and external auditors as required.
