Senior Payroll Operations Manager

The Senior Payroll Operations Manager will oversee payroll operations on a permanent basis, ensuring smooth processing and resolving any issues that may arise.
Main Responsibilities:- Day-to-day management of a medium-sized team to guarantee accurate payroll data, including tax, superannuation, and other statutory deductions.
- Verify accuracy and completeness of all payroll information and provide support to the Manager with project work, including system implementation projects.
- Assume responsibility for processing payroll end-to-end when necessary, maintaining high levels of quality and attention to detail.
- Proven experience leading medium-sized teams, with a strong track record of success.
- Able to commute to Sydney CBD offices at least three times a week.
- Previous experience processing end-to-end payroll, with a deep understanding of payroll processes and procedures.
