We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Creative Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Universal Music Australia Pty Limited.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating compelling marketing campaigns and content for our Catalogue roster and Classics & Jazz new release / catalogue projects and platforms.

This role is crucial in providing content creation and administrative support to the wider team, including coordinating with team members to create engaging content across all social, online, music and other relevant platforms.

  • Key responsibilities include: managing marketing assets (social, video, audio, outdoor, print) for marketing and promotional purposes, creating eDMs, posting across UMA social media channels, and assisting the wider team with ad hoc creative duties.
  • Analyzing and optimizing distribution options to grow engaged audiences for our artists is also a key aspect of this role.

In addition to content creation, this position involves administrative tasks such as raising purchase order numbers for related invoices, supporting the team with organizing internal and external meetings, and assistance with scheduling physical products in internal systems and other associated tasks for setting up physical releases.

Key qualifications for this role include: comprehensive knowledge of Adobe editing suites and design platforms, strong knowledge and interest in social media and digital advertising platforms, high level of creativity and innovation, and superior relationship, communication and problem-solving skills.
