Job DescriptionWe're seeking an experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to join our marketing team and create engaging and on-brand graphics for various media. As a key stakeholder in enabling OMG to hit their Lead, Revenue, and Brand targets, you will focus on the constant improvement of graphics.
Key Responsibilities:- Captivating Design: Design captivating and effective various digital assets, including icons, banners, graphics, and other visual elements, that enhance user experience and engagement.
- Platform Adaptation: Adapt designs for multiple platforms, ensuring that each creative meets specific guidelines and technical requirements (e.g., Instagram Stories, Facebook Feed, TikTok).
- Engaging Animations: Create simple animations or motion graphics to make ads more engaging and drive higher performance.
- Data Analysis: Read, analyze, and interpret performance data.
- Innovative Ad Concepts: Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute innovative ad concepts that support campaign goals and resonate with target audiences.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in graphic and UX/UI design roles, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions.
