We are seeking a talented Midweight Graphic Designer to join our design team in Alexandria, Sydney.

The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of experience in a similar design role and proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

Responsibilities include creating and delivering customized brochures, layouts, and print materials for real estate agents, collaborating closely with the design team and internal departments, and ensuring brand consistency across all designs.

The Role:

  • Work as 2IC of the design team, contributing to the development and delivery of customized print solutions
  • Design brochures, layouts, and marketing materials tailored for real estate agents
  • Collaborate closely with the design team and internal departments to meet project objectives and deadlines
  • Maintain strong attention to detail and ensure brand consistency across all designs
  • Provide support with some admin and customer service tasks
  • Ensure timely delivery of creative assets within set budgets
  • Offer innovative ideas and solutions to enhance the team's creative output

Ideal Experience:

  • Relevant design degree and 3–4 years of experience in a similar design role
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Experience in print and layout design, ideally within the real estate or property marketing sectors
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a team
  • A flair for adding creativity to more routine design tasks
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • A team player with leadership potential to assist the design team where needed

Salary: AU$80,000 - AU$110,000 per annum
