Our team is seeking a skilled Electrical Interface Specialist to join our Central-West Orana project. As an integral member of our Substation team, you will collaborate with OEM suppliers, clients, and consultants to deliver projects efficiently.Key Responsibilities:
  • We are looking for someone who can build strong relationships with OEM suppliers, clients, and consultants through project delivery.
  • You will assist in managing third-party agreements and reporting tools for compliance purposes.
  • Liaising with the Project Delivery Team to ensure energy supplier connections meet electrical standards is crucial.
  • Engaging with OEM suppliers and subcontractors to understand their needs and concerns is vital to our success.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for disseminating requirements of third-party agreements to relevant Network Operator team members.
  • Contribution to the project schedule of works and progress monitoring is essential.
  • Developing solutions to minimize impact on third parties while maintaining commercially effective project delivery is key.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field is required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical equipment, preferably in substations.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are necessary.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of layout and primary equipment for substation projects up to 500kV is essential.
  • Proficiency in various software tools, such as AutoCAD, ETAP, etc., is required.
