We seek an accomplished professional to helm significant projects in Real Estate and Infrastructure, providing expert advice and services across diverse sectors.

About The Position:

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery of engagements
  • Pursue business development opportunities through client engagement and outreach
  • Develop and execute strategic pursuit plans, prepare proposals, and manage tender processes
  • Coordinate with third-party contractors
  • Maintain awareness of broader real estate market trends and industry developments within the firm and among clients
  • Nurture strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, partners, and industry professionals
About You:

We are looking for applicants with a broad range of skills in Real Estate Advisory. If you do not meet all the criteria listed below but have relevant experience, we encourage you to apply.

Desirable Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualifications in property economics or a related field
  • Certified Practising Valuer registration (desired)
  • Real Estate Licence (desired)
Desirable Skills And Experience:
  • Previous experience in general real estate advisory, particularly in government and private sectors
  • Digital proficiency in commercial real estate platforms and financial modeling in Excel
  • Understanding of real estate technical competencies and ability to interpret technical reports
  • Capability in delivering and advising on property valuations
  • Experience in property acquisition and disposal
  • Ability to navigate current planning schemes and understand property fundamentals and industry participants
  • Understanding and experience in dealing with property leases
  • Strong collaboration skills gained from working in multi-disciplinary teams involved in real estate project delivery
  • Attention to detail and willingness to learn and develop within a growing team environment
  • Well-developed report writing skills and proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
