Key Responsibilities
  • Source and evaluate opportunities, manage due diligence and divestment processes.
  • Buy, sell, and raise capital across the portfolio.
  • Build relationships across the market and present proposals to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate within a team to deliver results.
Requirements
  • Experience in property or executing transactions.
  • Strong capability in financial modelling and Excel.
  • Experience engaging with stakeholders, including consultants, agents, partners, and Boards.
  • Formal qualifications in property, commerce, law, or related discipline.
