About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Leader to drive strategic property initiatives forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive and support strategic property initiatives aligned with infrastructure delivery goals
  • Oversee team workflows, track deadlines, and ensure accurate project reporting
  • Provide expert technical advice and act as the primary contact for property matters
  • Manage documentation for property transactions, leases, licenses, and registrations
  • Conduct property analysis, feasibility assessments, and prepare business cases
  • Engage and manage consultants for property investigations and reporting
  • Lead commercial negotiations and compulsory land acquisitions under legislation

  • Strong expertise in property and commercial outcomes, as well as legislative compliance
  • Skilled in managing complex property matters, negotiations, and stakeholder relationships
  • Effective time management, reporting, and property analysis skills
