- Lead and support multiple dental practices to deliver commercial success and outstanding patient outcomes.
- Inspire, coach, and mentor Practice Managers and clinical teams to reach their full potential.
- Collaborate with clinical and support office teams to ensure consistent, high-quality care delivery.
- Review financial performance, manage budgets, and meet key business targets.
- Play an active role in national projects and help drive strategic growth initiatives.
- Maintain accurate financial records and prepare timely financial reports.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase patient satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, provide guidance, and address any concerns.
- Collaborate with HR to develop and implement effective recruitment and talent management strategies.
