Financial Operations Manager

The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in financial management, including accounting, accounts payable and accounts receivable. They will be responsible for overseeing the integrity of transactional activity, managing teams and driving process improvements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Oversight of data processing, reconciliation and resolution of all transactional activity associated with accounts payable
- Oversight of the accounts receivable process, including accurate and timely submission of client claims and billings
- Management, assistance, guidance, development and coaching of teams of accounts receivable and accounts payable
Strong analytical ability, attention to detail and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
The team lead will work closely with the Financial Controller to ensure the smooth operation of transactional activities.
