The position of Financial Operations Manager is a critical role within our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Accounts Payable team, ensuring accurate and timely supplier payments, managing stakeholder relationships, key metrics reporting, process improvement, team development, and system integration initiatives.
This role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to drive customer service culture in Accounts Payable, oversee Converga, a paperless Accounts Payable system, manage business expense systems, including SAP Concur and Appzen, maintain robust supplier data, and manage Supply Chain Finance platforms with banks and suppliers.
The Financial Operations Manager will also be responsible for preparing management reports and reporting Accounts Payable metrics to management, challenging and upholding key metrics across Accounts Payable, facilitating projects to create efficiency and integration between systems and workflow, uplifting team quality to ensure timely processing, leading system integration and process improvement, and transitioning Offshore to Onshore operational model for Accounts Payable.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have 5+ years experience in supervisory/managerial role leading Accounts Payable team, possess strong communication, analytical, and influencing skills, attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines, a proactive approach, autonomy, and accountability, coordination, teamwork, and continuous improvement emphasis, demonstrated experience with system enhancements, integrations, and process redesign, project and change management skills, problem-solving skills, and preferred experience in Converga, Oracle, and SAP Concur.
