Leadership Opportunity in Disability Services

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced leader to oversee a team of support workers providing services to individuals with disabilities under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

  • This role requires a strong knowledge and understanding of the NDIS, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team by providing guidance, supervision, and ongoing training.
  • Ensure all staff members comply with organizational policies and quality standards.
  • Oversee client intake process, including assessments, care plans, and goal setting.
  • Monitor service delivery and ensure clients receive appropriate support.
  • Collaborate with professionals involved in client care.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Cert IV in mental health or similar qualification.
  • Proven experience in staff management and rostering.
  • Ability to assess client needs and develop personalized care plans.
  • Proficient computer skills and organizational abilities.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar leadership role within the disability or healthcare sector.
