Lead Disability Services Team

Our organization is seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to lead our disability services team in Geelong. As the Team Leader, you will oversee a team of support workers providing services to individuals with disabilities under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance, supervision, and ongoing training to support workers.
  • Ensure staff members comply with organizational policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Oversee client intake process including assessments, developing care plans, goal setting, and reviewing progress.
  • Monitor service delivery to ensure clients receive appropriate support according to their individual needs.
Requirements:
  • Cert IV in mental health highly preferred.
  • Proven experience in a similar leadership role within the disability or healthcare sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of NDIS guidelines and regulations.

Key Skills: Strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, staff management, rostering, problem-solving, and time management.
