Senior Disability Service Manager

Our organization is seeking a Senior Occupational Therapist to join our team in South Perth. This key leadership role will enable you to utilize your exceptional clinical skills to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients and foster the growth of others within the broader team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload, conducting thorough assessments, and formulating treatment plans tailored to each individual's needs. They will also provide guidance and support to junior staff members and/or students, reviewing their reports and documentation, and maintaining awareness of current legislation to ensure compliance.
We are looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist with a genuine passion for working in the disability sector. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as a valid Working with Children and Police Checks. A reliable motor vehicle and a valid driver's license are also essential.
