An exciting opportunity awaits an experienced leader in disability to join our Client Experience team in Geelong, with experience leading portfolios within the NDIS. Our Office is centrally based in Geelong, with regular travel across the region.

The Disability Services Manager, also known as the Client Experience Manager, plays a crucial role in the Client Experience Team. As a key member of the team, the role focuses on leading and developing a team of high-performing Support Workers whilst providing an excellent end-to-end client experience at Nextt.

**About You**

Your portfolio consists of several participants providing support to both male and females. You'll work with your participant and their circles of supports to ensure they are meeting their NDIS goals and continuing to feel engaged within their community and home. With this in mind, we ask that:

- You are a competent leader with exceptional people management skills, a service-oriented mindset, and a results-driven approach to solving problems.
- You have a track record of achieving success for clients.
- Have the ability to collaborate effectively with others
- Possess experience in the disability sector. Experience in Supported Independent Living and the NDIS is preferred, but not essential.
- You are skilled at navigating various systems and proficient in adhering to established protocols.
