About the Role

The Agile Coach role at Virgin Australia is a key position that works closely with the Agility Manager to cultivate an agile way of working that best supports Velocity customers and the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coach leaders and teams in their practice of agile, empowering them to be self-organising, customer-focused and self-improving.
  • Facilitate the organisational culture necessary for sustained success.
  • Guide teams and organisations through transformational change.
  • Deliver compelling training and workshops, as well as facilitating meetings with teams and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Have intimate knowledge of Atlassian Jira and Confluence.
  • Possess strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
  • Have a relevant tertiary qualification in Business or Information Technology and are a certified Scrum Master (Scrum Alliance, ) and Product Owner.
