About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Education Specialist to join our team. As our first dedicated specialist in this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the way our customers learn and engage with our products. Your primary responsibility will be to create engaging and impactful educational materials, including user guides, video tutorials, webinars, and interactive modules, designed to resonate with our customers and support their learning journey.

You will work closely with our Customer Experience team to empower our customers to achieve their business goals and fully realize the benefits of agility. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Creating comprehensive educational materials that cater to diverse audiences and support different learning styles.
  • Leading live training sessions, webinars, and workshops that transform complex concepts into practical, actionable knowledge.
  • Repurposing and tailoring educational resources to support various business channels, including our Solution Partner network.
  • Maintaining our educational resource library to ensure customers can easily access the information they need.
  • Partnering with our Customer Success, Support, and Product teams to identify common customer challenges and develop targeted educational content.
  • Monitoring and reporting on the success of our educational programs, using data to drive ongoing improvements.
About You

We are looking for a skilled instructional designer with a proven track record of creating comprehensive educational materials and learning experiences for SaaS products. Your experience working in an Agile environment and familiarity with Agile frameworks and principles will enable you to understand and address the unique challenges and opportunities our customers face.
