About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to join our Corporate Operations Group at Macquarie. As an Agile delivery expert, you will partner with leaders and teams to coach, upskill and uplift their ways of working to continuously improve the delivery of value to their customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach and enable leaders and teams to adopt Agile mindset and practices, including OKRs.
  • Collaborate with a team of coaches to connect expertise across the organization.
  • Support individuals in leadership roles of Product and Delivery.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to upskill teams in Agile practices.
Requirements
  • Deep knowledge and experience of embedding Agile mindset and practices, as well as OKRs.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and influencing skills.
  • Comfortable engaging with and coaching individuals at all levels, from delivery teams to senior executives.
  • Hands-on delivery background, as Product Manager/Owner or Agile Delivery lead roles.
