Sales and Business Development Position

We are a leading manufacturer of various products, including tools, fasteners, and building materials. Our portfolio includes renowned brands that cater to diverse industries such as construction, aerospace, healthcare, and energy.

Key Responsibilities
  • To promote and sell our product range to achieve sales goals and drive business growth;
  • Maintain a strong presence at the Ramset Trade Centre, ensuring alignment with company policies and standards;
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with our Long-Range Plan, allocating resources effectively;
  • Utilize technology efficiently, such as Pronto, Outlook, and Teams, to enhance operational efficiency;
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of products and applications to enable effective selling on features and benefits;
  • Nurture relationships with key customers through in-store sales and service;
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, both internally and externally;
  • Contribute to annual business objectives and local sales strategies/promotions;
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure promotional program effectiveness.
