
Sales and Business Developer

Key Responsibilities- To promote and sell our product range to achieve sales goals and drive business growth;
- Maintain a strong presence at the Ramset Trade Centre, ensuring alignment with company policies and standards;
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with our Long-Range Plan, allocating resources effectively;
- Utilize technology efficiently, such as Pronto, Outlook, and Teams, to enhance operational efficiency;
- Develop in-depth knowledge of products and applications to enable effective selling on features and benefits;
- Nurture relationships with key customers through in-store sales and service;
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, both internally and externally;
- Contribute to annual business objectives and local sales strategies/promotions;
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure promotional program effectiveness.
- Able to influence and solution sell products and services;
- Operationalize sales plans and achieve sales targets;
- Build strong internal and external relationships;
- Strong communication and mechanical aptitude;
- Commitment to driving a safety culture and continuous improvement;
- Lead by prioritizing and focusing, making tough decisions, and driving simplicity;
