Rental Operations Agent Position

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused professional to fill a Rental Operations Agent role.

About the Job

This is a varied and hands-on position that combines customer service, vehicle inspections, and cleaning duties. As a Rental Operations Agent, you will be involved in all aspects of our operations, from interacting with customers at the counter to preparing vehicles for their next journey.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist customers at the rental counter
  • Process rental transactions, bookings, and contracts efficiently
  • Promote our products and services effectively
  • Inspect vehicles for damage and cleanliness
  • Clean the interior and exterior of vehicles to high standards
Key Requirements
  • A valid Australian driver's licence
  • Availability to work a rotating roster (including weekends, evenings, and public holidays)
  • Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is beneficial
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional service
  • Proficiency in using computer systems to manage bookings and rental information
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures

Please note: This full-time role is not open to Working Holiday Visa or student visa holders.
