Overview

Join Avis Budget Group as a Rental Operations Agent (Casual) at the Apex Brisbane Airport location. This is a casual role (3-4 days per week) offering $33.34ph plus loadings and performance incentives. What You'll Be Doing
  • Welcoming and assisting customers at the rental counter
  • Completing rental transactions, bookings, and contracts
  • Promoting our products and services
  • Inspecting vehicles for damage and cleanliness
  • Cleaning the interior and exterior of vehicles to company standards
What We're Looking For
  • A full and valid Australian driver's licence
  • Availability to work a rotating roster (including weekends, evenings, and public holidays)
  • Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional service
  • Comfortable using computer systems to manage bookings and rental information
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
