The Training Systems Operations Specialist role is a critical part of our team at RAAF Base Edinburgh.
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our P-8 A Poseidon Training team in this position.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct interactive and self-paced courseware development and amendments to meet customer requirements.
- Generate virtual mission scenarios to ensure simulated training events meet operator requirements and learning outcomes.
- Administer the Learning Management System to host courseware, assessment tools, course enrollment, and paneling for Aircrew and Maintenance Course sessions.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience and/or understanding of Maritime Patrol Reconnaissance and training methodology applicable to synthetic training environments.
- Experience in Learning Management System administration.
- Courseware development experience using MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite, including animations and interactive presentations.
- Ability to interpret customer training requirements to ensure courseware aligns with learning outcomes.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE 40116 / 22) or an equivalent qualification.
- Applicants must be Australian Citizens to meet Defence security requirements.
