About the role:

Due to rapid growth and a strong pipeline of client projects, we are currently looking for an IT Security Manager to join our team. This varied role and would see you take on a range of tasks including:

  • Cybersecurity compliance and governance
  • Maintain Essential 8 compliance program
  • Coordinate internal and external audits
  • Investigate, coordinate and manage responses to security incidents and breaches
  • Develop and deliver cyber awareness campaigns across the business
  • Provide expert advice on security requirements for new projects and technologies

About you:

  • Bachelors Degree in ICT, Computer Science or a related discipline
  • Industry certification preferred – CISSP, CISM etc
  • Experience in a Cybersecurity role in the Defence industry
  • Strong understanding of Essential 8, ISM and PSPF
  • Comfortable performing hands on assessments and tool implementation
  • Data driven mindset with ability to evaluate threats and controls in context
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Able to work independently and across teams

Due to a requirement to be eligible for a NV1 security clearance, Australian Citizenship is required.
