**Job Summary:**

The Contracts Administration Officer position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the Division's procurement processes and contract management.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Reconciles accounts received from contractors and ensures payments are correctly coded and processed through the finance system, promoting financial transparency and accuracy.
  • Investigates discrepancies and errors detected in invoice processing, ensuring timely corrections and maintaining a high level of quality control.
  • Liaises with contractors, suppliers, and vendors regarding supply progress, contracts, or finance-related matters, fostering strong relationships and effective communication.
  • Closes contracts with all required paperwork prepared and retained on record files, adhering to Branch policies and procedures.
  • Maintains accurate records in line with the Branch's contract administration policies, ensuring seamless audit trails and compliance.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated understanding of financial transactions, including invoicing and reconciliation, with a focus on attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Experience in providing administrative support within a finance, contracts, or procurement area, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
