We are a dynamic organisation committed to changing the game for people with disabilities. With over 40 hubs across Australia, we work in the social and early childhood Key Worker models, providing interventions to NDIS participants and their families that lead to positive, life-changing outcomes.
About The RoleWe are seeking a Key Worker to deliver interventions to NDIS participants (specifically children aged 0-8) and their families in Southern Brisbane and surrounding areas. This is a full-time or part-time (4 days per week) position, requiring availability and commitment to support before/after school appointments.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver interventions to NDIS participants and their families in diverse settings, including homes, schools, and community centres
- Assess and communicate with participants and their families to understand their needs and goals
- Work collaboratively with other professionals, such as Speech Pathologists and Educators, to support participants and their families
- Document and bill for each session through our online participant management system
- Provide support for participants and their families, including before/after school appointments
- Continuous Learning: Guidance and support provided by industry-leading early childhood clinicians and allied health practitioners

- Relevant tertiary qualification and registration (e.g. Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Speech Pathology, Education)
- Minimum 12 months experience working with children (aged 0-8) and their families
- Demonstrated experience working with children with disability
- A positive and flexible approach to work
- Strong communication skills and be a team player
- Commitment to personal and professional growth
- A valid Australian drivers license

- Working with Childrens Check
