About The Role

We are seeking a Key Worker to deliver therapy to children aged 0-8 and their families in Northern Brisbane and surrounding areas. This is a full-time or part-time (4 days per week) position, with a focus on supporting before/after school appointments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver therapy in diverse settings, including homes, schools, playgrounds, and community centres
  • Assess and communicate with families to understand their needs and goals
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals, such as Speech Pathologists and Educators, to support children's development
  • Document and bill for each session through our online participant management system
  • Provide support for children and their families, including coaching parents and building meaningful relationships

Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualification and registration (e.g. Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Speech Pathology, Education)
  • Minimum 12 months experience working with children aged 0-8 and their families
  • Demonstrated experience working with children with disability
  • Positive and flexible approach to work
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work as a team player
  • Commitment to personal and professional growth
  • Valid Australian drivers license
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check
  • Working with Childrens Check
