About the RoleWe are seeking a Key Worker to deliver interventions to NDIS participants (specifically children aged 0-8) and their families in Northern Brisbane and surrounding areas. This is a full-time or part-time (4 days per week) position, requiring availability and commitment to support before/after school appointments.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver interventions to NDIS participants and their families in diverse settings, including homes, schools, playgrounds, and community centres.
- Assess and communicate with participants and their families to understand their needs and goals.
- Work collaboratively with other professionals, such as Speech Pathologists and Educators, to support participants and their families.
- Document and bill for each session through our online participant management system.
- Provide support for participants and their families, including before/after school appointments.
- Continuous Learning: Guidance and support provided by industry-leading early childhood clinicians and allied health practitioners to help you excel.
