We are a dynamic organisation committed to changing the game for people with disabilities. With over 40 hubs across Australia, we work in the social and early childhood Key Worker models, providing interventions to NDIS participants and their families.
About the RoleWe are seeking a Key Worker to deliver interventions to children aged 0-8 and their families in Southern Brisbane and surrounding areas. This is a full-time or part-time (4 days per week) position, with a focus on supporting before/after school appointments.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver therapy and support to children and their families in diverse settings, including homes, schools, and community centres
- Assess and develop individualised plans to support children's development and goals
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and Educators
- Provide coaching and support to parents and carers to help them navigate the NDIS and access services
- Document and bill for sessions through our online participant management system

- Relevant tertiary qualification and registration (Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Speech Pathologist, or Educator)
- Minimum 12 months experience working with children aged 0-8 and their families
- Demonstrated experience working with children with disability
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive and flexible approach to work
- Commitment to personal and professional growth, with a valid Australian drivers license and NDIS Workers Screening Check
