Doctor's Support Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced support professional to provide exceptional care to patients.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients as they arrive, handle calls, make appointments, and administer data entry tasks.
- Process payments, chase outstanding balances, coordinate testing results, book day surgery, and ensure smooth treatment bookings.
- Field patient inquiries, resolve issues, and liaise with specialists to ensure all queries are handled.
The ideal candidate will have experience supporting a specialist practice, proficiency in software systems, strong technical skills, and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
A strong sense of urgency, exceptional attention to detail, and multitasking skills are crucial for success in this role.
