Strategic Business Insights Specialist

We seek an accomplished Senior Data Analyst to join our team of data-driven professionals.
(Summary:)As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for leading the analysis and interpretation of complex data to drive strategic business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that meet organizational objectives.
(Responsibilities:)
- Drive the development and productionization of data analytics solutions to advance organizational goals.
- Provide thought leadership in data analysis, enhancing team capabilities and promoting best practices.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to integrate data insights into strategic planning and corporate strategy.
- Leverage industry and business knowledge to align data initiatives with market trends and opportunities.
- Lead initiatives on model governance, utilizing MLops frameworks to maintain model integrity and reproducibility.
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with a proven track record of delivering data-driven solutions in a business environment.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Business acumen to understand business processes and translate business problems into data solutions.
- Team player with ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala.
- Strong experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka is a plus.
