Administrative Officer

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Administrative Officer to join our team at Monash Health. As a key member of our patient-focused team, you will contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care while ensuring compliance with Department of Health and Human Services mandates.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to incoming calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
- Process referrals and schedule appointments efficiently
- Manage wait list referrals and maintain accurate records
- Attend clinic and provide administrative support as required
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Intermediate computer skills and ability to learn new software packages
- Knowledge of iPM or similar patient management systems
- Ability to adapt in a changing environment and meet demands
- Flexible approach to staggered start and finish times
