We are currently looking for the following positions:
- Building Consultant - Defects
- Senior Consultant - Defects
- Associate Director - Remedial - Strata
- Senior Façade Engineer
- Team Head / Associate - Remedial
Our ideal candidate will have experience in either building defects, building surveying, remedial, façade, forensic or structural engineering. They will be friendly and personable, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills and the ability to travel locally.
A day in the life of our consultant includes:
- Inspections and site visits
- Providing advisory consulting services to strata, building managers, homeowners, commercial and industrial enterprises
- Technical due diligence reporting
- Condition and building defects audits
- Dilapidation surveys and make-good assessments
- Maintenance forecasts
- Project management
- Ability to work autonomously
In return, we offer:
