Are you an experienced carer in aged care and dementia care?

We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide true consumer-directed care or relationship care tailored to our clients' needs.

You will work 24/7 in the client's home, providing 8 hours of care as per their care plan. This role is ideal for those who are passionate about delivering high-quality care and making a positive impact on people's lives.

Our clients require varying levels of care, and we assign additional support staff to ensure our caregivers have a manageable workload.

We offer above award rates, superannuation, and penalty rates, as well as salary packaging, paid training, and other benefits.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience in aged care and dementia care
  • Ability to work 24/7 in the client's home
  • Capacity to assist with showering, dressing, cooking, and manual handling
  • Own car and driver's licence for transporting clients
