About Our Caregiver Role

Our organisation is seeking a compassionate and dedicated caregiver to join our team. As a permanent part-time caregiver, you will work 25 hours per week providing care and companionship to residents living in our aged care home, supporting their independence and improving their quality of life.

About Our Facility

Located on Sydney's Lower North Shore, our residential home offers round-the-clock support to 74 residents, including full-time nursing, personal and dementia care, as well as access to health services.

Key Responsibilities

You will:

  • Provide daily living assistance such as showering, personal hygiene, dressing, help at mealtimes and with general mobility
  • Assist with medication and simple wound dressings
  • Support residents in community-based recreational and social activities
Requirements

We are looking for someone who has a Certificate III/IV in Aged Care or Individual Support, or an equivalent qualification, and previous experience in aged or community care.
