Job Title: Dedicated Caregiver

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Dedicated Caregiver. As a dedicated caregiver, you will play a vital role in facilitating positive health and well-being options for individuals, their families, and caregivers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing person-centred care duties, including assistance with medication and wound dressing, daily living activities, and supporting residents to continue doing the things they love.

You will work collaboratively with our team to ensure our residents receive the highest quality of care and support.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and is committed to working with each resident to empower them to live their best life. If you have a Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support (or working towards), excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to make a difference in the lives of others, we encourage you to apply.
