Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote a culture of safety and quality, adhering to relevant regulations and standards.
  • Foster strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure a positive and supportive environment.
Requirements:
  • Degree-qualified Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
  • Proven leadership experience in clinical care, preferably in aged care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Solid documentation skills and knowledge of ACFI.
