Telecommunications Installation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Installation and Maintenance Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our network by providing installation and maintenance services.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver seamless service rectification and product installations, guaranteeing customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and install copper cables, including fault finding, jointing, and jumpering.
- Manage fibre and core network technology and data services.
- Maintain and install Customer Premises Equipment for both consumer and business clients.
- Perform fault finding on copper networks, including in rural or remote areas.
- Certificate I & II in Telecommunications
- Open cabling license
- Traffic management qualifications
- White card (industry recognized)
Training support is provided for traffic management and white card certifications.
The successful candidate will work independently to activate and ensure the quality of telecommunications and technology products and services at customer premises, in both residential and business settings.
