Job Description

This is a critical role in the telecommunications industry where you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end installation of networks. Your primary objective will be to ensure optimal network performance by providing installation and maintenance services.

You will work independently to activate and ensure the quality of telecommunications and technology products and services at customer premises, in both residential and business settings.

Collaboration with a diverse team is essential to achieve excellent customer and commercial outcomes.


Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver seamless service rectification and product installations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain and install copper cables, including fault finding, jointing, and jumpering.
  • Manage fibre and core network technology and data services.
  • Maintain and install Customer Premises Equipment for both consumer and business clients.
  • Perform fault finding on copper networks, including in rural or remote areas.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Certificate I & II in Telecommunications
  • Open cabling license
  • Traffic management qualifications
  • White card (industry recognized)

Training support for traffic management and white card certifications is provided. Vaccination against Covid-19 is required unless otherwise discussed.
