Associate Midwife Unit Manager Role

Latrobe Regional Health is seeking an experienced Associate Midwife Unit Manager to lead our Women's, Children and Birthing Unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the clinical and administrative management of the Maternity Unit, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' clinical experience, RANZCOG - Fetal Surveillance Education Program (FSEP) certification, and excellent leadership qualities. You will be able to work well as part of a team, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to escalate and manage obstetric emergencies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' clinical experience
