Role

As a Data Scientist in our Workforce Insights team, you will play a key role in shaping strategic workforce decisions through advanced analytics, machine learning, and data storytelling. Your primary responsibility will be to connect the dots between data, strategy, and people by applying your analytical skills to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply advanced analytics techniques to analyze complex business challenges and develop actionable insights that guide decision-making at the highest levels.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to co-create solutions that drive real impact and improve organizational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain predictive models and statistical techniques to inform strategic workforce decisions.

Requirements
